Lily Li graduated from Beijing Institute of International Relations with a B.A. degree in English in 1990, and furthered her EMBA Programs in Michigan Business School.
She has rich and combined experience both in consulting firm and corporations. She was an partner and principal consulant of Longitude Management Consulting. Prior to working in consulting field, She has over ten years’ professional experience with major international corporations in the fields of human resources management, training & organization development, backed by extensive specialized training and experience in such areas as people development, staffing, professional interview & selection, and performance management.
Her corporate experience includes human resource management and training & organizational development with PepsiCo Investment (China) Ltd, Mars Group, Dun & Bradstreet International Consulting.
She was DDI certificated trainer, with rich training experience in HR and management/ leadership programs, including “Interview & Selection Skills”, “Performance Management”, “Coaching for Success”, “Team Building & Motivation”, etc.
