Prior to establish China DOX, the searching firm dedicated in life science industry as founder partner in 2005, Derek worked as in house council for Hutchison Whampoa and took the senior consultant role for the leading German Law Firm, Beiten Burkhard. As a certified lawyer, Derek’s practice area mainly focus on Real Estate, Life Science, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Listing Overseas.
After 15 years, China DOX has become as the Great China’s largest searching firm in life science industry. Derek is focusing on Executive Search for the R&D and Commercial function. Derek’s experience encompasses executive search, human capital and border service. His assignment cover C-level and middle management positions.
In 2020, Derek decided for a new international opportunity as Partner of THE TAPLOW GROUP and bring TAPLOW CHINA’s business more diversified and globalization.
