Prior to join in China DOX and Taplow China as president and managing partner, Blake was head of corporate learning, leadership and organization development in Bosch China and lead the APAC/global projects to drive the HR digitalization and organization transformation.
Under his leadership, the management practices was recognized as industry benchmark and won the 2021 Ram Charan Management Practice Award and the winning case was collected into Harvard Business Review case library. His leadership and expertise in talent acquisition is across industries incl. Bosch, GlaxoSmithKline, Microsoft and Accenture covering full functions.
Blake is Top 50 expert of the China Talent & Development Association, a certified professional leadership and team coach (ACC, ongoing PCC) of ICF (International Coaching Federation), certified talent development professional (APTD) of ATD (Association of Talent Development), certified assessor of Hogan/DISC/Lumina, certified Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and 360 assessor.
Blake majored in Broadcasting & Hosting from Shanghai Theatre Academy and has Global EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
